I used to work at a research lab and I am trying to remember a type of microscope I can use, maybe you guys can help me out. We transplanted cells with GFP, and viewed them. The picture was on a computer screen and very colorful. I remember it had a source of light or something that was very expensive to replace.
Any ideas.
