I've used custom bib styles in Word for my thesis using templates from BibWord https://bibword.codeplex.com/wikipage?title=BibWord Format Strings&referringTitle=Documentation. This page has formatters that I think could help you, but it might be more of a pain doing that than the manual method.

Have you thought about using EndNote? It incorporates easily into MS Word and keeps your references well organized for future use. Made it really easy for me to reformat my bibliography for the next journal after it got repeatedly rejected.
