Mictruition, defecation, erection, ejaculation...

Does anyone have a good method to remember how the ANS processes of mictruition, defecation, erection or ejaculation work? If so, do tell.... I've been banging my head against a wall for a few hours trying to memorize them. Any kind of hint would be very helpful....

for erection and ejaculation, think Point and Shoot.

erection = point = parasympathetics
ejaculation = shoot = sympathetics

note that point/parasympathetics, and shoot/sympathetics begin with the same letter.

also remember, parasympathetic= pee and poop

*parasympathetic will always relax sphincters (except for the iris of the eye, but its not really a true sphincter)
*parasympathetic will also contract your detrusor muscle (bladder), and i think it will induce peristalsis of the smooth muscle in your intestines
*sympathetic will contract sphincters and relax the detrusor
