No, no, very difficult, no, no.
I refuse to believe that an app w/ those numbers and no red flags (do you have any?) gets summarily rejected by 30 schools. If that does somehow happen, call them all and ask why you weren't successful. It's not the #'s.
As for your school list, honestly it'd be helpful to see it, if you don't mind. Did you apply early in the cycle?

1) What state?
2) ECs?
3) Are you a re-applicant?
4) Any previous MCAT attempts other than the 511?
5) Any red flags(IAs, legal history)?
These numbers are fine for plenty of schools. Your issue isnt with the MCAT or your GPA, its with something else, very possibly one of the factors I listed above or with a written part of your application(essays, LORs).
Having said that, lets see if you get into the school you still havent heard from first post MMI before hitting the panic button.

Massachusetts
EC's are great, better than my MCAT. I think I have posted them above. Especially 2 yrs. of research and 500+ nursing home.
No red flags. No reattempts.

You're a solid candidate for many schools. Give it some more time, you might perhaps be able to get another II.
My rough guess is with a 3.9/32 if you didnt get into UMass the interview didnt go all that great. Again though, it's just a guess.
Like I said above, the issue isn't with your numbers. If you don't get in this cycle, the focus shouldnt be on retaking the MCAT or doing an SMP at all, it's more an issue of presentation, both at the interview stage and how you present yourself in your application.

MMI seem hard to mess up. And frankly, I think I did a very good job. We will wait and see.
