My kaplan instructor told me you can ask them to reset it, so its worth a try.

If you say you had a problem with it. For some reason, my bio section for that test got skipped. Even though I finished the rest of the test, I asked them to reset the entire test. It was my only option to redo the bio... which I never did. eh

Just call the kaplan peeps and tell them you need it resent cuz your computer malfunctioned and you didnt complete it properly... that shold do the trick.

Kaplan is very flexible with their online materials. Rightly so - you've paid an arm and a leg.

Call their tech support and they will be able to help you. Once you start learning who you should be taking your problems to and who cannot help you whatsoever (aka the secretaries at the Kaplan Centres and some Kaplan Teachers), the organization becomes a much more valuable resource.
