I've basically already run out of time and money and will only be able to interview at one of Northwestern, U of Chicago, Mayo, and Wash U. I know the most important thing is finding the right fit but unfortunately I won't be able to visit them all. Right now I think my ultimate goal is fellowship->academics, so i'm not sure if one of these programs is stronger in that track. Ideally i'd also like to have flexibility in where I end up practicing in the future. Are the reputations of all these programs relatively similar in terms of placement into fellowships and academics, and the only deciding factor being where I want to live? Sorry for one of these posts, but i'm stressing out about canceling a really great interview. Thanks
