Midwest Residencies

Does anyone have any info on the caliber of some of the midwestern residencies? Pros/cons of each or any info at all? If you know of any other good ophtho residencies in the midwest, please add them. Thank you.

University of Oklahoma
University of Kansas (also in Kansas city, is KU or UMKC better?)
University of Missouri - Kansas City
University of Missouri (Mizzou in Columbia)
Washington University in St. Louis (I already know this is better than SLU)
St. Louis University
University of Iowa
Northwestern

I didnt get any interview offers from the midwest when I was applying, but I have heard only good things about UIC's program -- any reason you left the chicago programs out of this list?

also consider Ohio residencies such as cole eye in Cleveland and university of Cincinnati. Great programs.

Michigan, Ohio state and UIC as well. There are plenty of reviews & opinions on all these programs on sdn and matchapplicants.com
