I saw Midwestern dental school in AZ requires an anatomy lab according to the 2014 official guide, but on their website, never mentioned anything about the lab.

I'm confused. Do they require the lab? or just the lecture

you need to contact the school by yourself to get the right information you can send them an email to an admission counselor and get all the information you need
