Overall GPA - 3.66

Pre req GPA 3.4 (depends on each school but its low because I got a c in calculus.)

GRE - 153 v 151 q

Tons of observation hours, i believe near 700, I am a rehab tech

i got an interview to both of midwestern's campuses but will most likely decline the downers grove one. the tuition is pretty steep and when you factor in the living costs...yikes. it's a shame because i've heard good things about chicago and have always wanted to live there.

I submitted back in September, because of that it took like 3 weeks for me to be verified and mailed

I would ideally like to get into a state school like uic or governor's state, but I have no acceptances yet so I am treating this interview accordingly.

Hey everyone! So I'm little late in the game since I recently decided to pursue applying this round after going back and forth in my head. Would it be any benefit to me if I applied now to Midwestern in Downers Grove? My weakest link in my application is my GRE scores (150v, 144q) however, I've been working as an ATC for over the last year with 6 months working full time in a PT clinic where I had my own regular patients that I progressed through protocols that I designed as well as working in the industrial setting currently giving care to workers while on the job. Ive also worked for the Boston Red Sox during spring training in 2011! My GPA is 3.70 and 3.64 in the sciences. I know I have the capabilities of doing PT, its just a matter of schools looking past my GRE's and seeing me for what I really can do. Any advice? Should I just wait til next year?

Do you mind me asking how long after Midwestern emailed you saying they completed the review of your application did it take for them to call you and schedule an interview?

They received my complete application on September 13th. They called me for an interview on October 16th, the interview was on the 18th lol
