Hello everyone!

For those that have applied to Midwestern-IL and are in the midst or have already completed the supplemental application, did you receive an email stating that they are revising their questions? I just finished my three essay questions an hour ago and now I am worried that I will have to start over. Has anyone heard anything?

Yes I received that email as well! Not sure if they will completely change the questions, but I'm going to wait for the latest email update before I continue filling out their supplemental application.

Hopefully the three essay questions stay the same! Did anyone that has already submitted the supplemental receive this email as well?

I submitted last night (6/25) at 10:45pm and then got an email this morning saying my application was complete and would be reviewed on a rolling basis. I didn't get anything about revised questions, so maybe it is only for people that have not yet submitted?

I just completed the new supplemental. It was 10 questions long, half of which didn't really require an answer (will you retake DAT, have you attended a health professional school, military, and work experience in a dental office), then like 2-3 questions that required an answer. At the end it brings you to the payment screen.

I just got an email this afternoon saying I must submit the new one in addition to the old one I submitted last week. The email contained the new document.

Hi everyone! It says that we are required to provide answers to all of the questions, but what should we do if the question does not apply to us(ie. If you were previously accepted into a health profession program but did not enroll, or enrolled in a health profession program and withdrew, please explain.)?

Did anyone leave these questions blank?
