On question 2:
Have you ever enrolled in a health profession education program as a candidate for a certificate or degree?

I enrolled in the ucla predental quadrant denture laboratory course, so would this be an appropriate program under question 2?

That two weekend course does not count. It is nothing near a "health profession education program." Additionally, that course does not grant a certificate nor degree (even though you do get a cool piece of paper with your name on it).

That course would be more appropriate in other sections of the AADSAS app.
