I was invited for an interview at Midwestern University, and when I went to the website the only 2 dates available were early November. This worked out well for me as I will already be in the area visiting family. But I just checked back, and there were a couple earlier dates available. My question is... is it beneficial to have the earlier date, in September, or should I wait for the later one in November? If it's before December first, does it really matter, or is it important to take the earlier date? I just need to know soon so I can change the date if necessary. THANKS!

I also have an interview Oct 5 at MWU and posted a similar question when I was to select my interview date. I was told it helps if you are before Dec, but probably doesn't make a difference as long as your interview is before the first acceptance date. Good Luck!

thats about right. being pre dec 5th is nicer and i figure its a SLIGHT advantage but not really that big of a deal. interview date isnt a big issue until about late february or so, when the class starts filling up a little more.

I researched past MWU threads they interviewed around 300 people pre Dec last year and offered 100 spots. It was accepted by 70 and they interviewed about 200 post Dec for 40 places.
I wonder if acceptance response from students will be much higher this year...

earlier the better. Its common sense!
