Besides what are under "accepted student checklist", what else are required?

Are medical history and immunization forms the only two other forms required.

Do I just print these two, fill out the forms, and fax them to the school?

I know you have to get a physical as well. You also need to apply for financial aid.
 
What do you mean by "need to apply for financial aid".... what if you don't need financial aid?
 
hahaha. I'm one of those Canadian folk who has to follow different rules for loans. Sigh. Still wanna be my friend?
