Is anyone attending AZ midwestern's interview on September 27th. Curious if anyone wanted to split hotel costs, because i'll be there from the 25 to the 29th due to Allegiant Air.

Wow you're trusting. I would definitely take the opportunity to turn off your alarm clock or accidentally spill something on your suit the morning of..lol 😛

I won't be there on those dates (I'll be there from September 10-13)... but I can recommend the cheapest hotel so you can save some money. I made online reservations for $46.75 per night at the Comfort Inn, which is pretty cheap compared to the other hotels 🙂 The Comfort Inn also has a bus shuttle to the school 🙂

Just out of curiosity, why are you guys staying for a few days? To get acquainted with the area? The interview is just one day, right?

Sounds like the OP is forced to stay that long because of the airline being used. It's a small airline that flies to a tiny airport on the exact opposite end of town from MWU (about 60 miles away). Maybe he/she is from a smaller town and that's the only airline option.

Are either of you who are staying a few days enrolled in school this fall?

Yah, I am flying allegiant air which gets me to phoenix from southdakota at a rate of $140. But that airline only flys on sundays and thursdays so I am stuck awhile longer. I am going to use the country inn and suites thanks for the suggestion. I will be getting a renal car though since I am there for 5 days.

Perhaps you could be an inexpensive shuttle to a few students since you'll be around before and after the interview. That's a good price for a flight, by the way.

congrats on getting an interview. If you are gonna get a rental car, try calling national and asking them about their special rates for college students. You can tell them you go to ohio state, ucla, and uc berkeley. they have cheap rates for those. Also, try getting a hotel next to the arrowhead mall, because you can get food if you need to in minutes and you can try out the mall if your into it.

I want to know too

Yup, I'm enrolled in a few classes this Fall 🙂 But I will be leaving to AZ on a Saturday, my interview is on a Monday, and I leave to go back to my home on Tuesday 🙂 So, I miss only two days of classes and I will inform my professors before school starts. I'm staying for that many days because I don't like to rush and it would be a great opportunity to see what Arizona is all about since this will be my first time going there 🙂

I'm all for that! Assuming there are interviews in my future, I just know my school schedule and professors who really don't care are going to put a damper on checking out much more than the school during the interview.
