I've applied to both but only got supplementaries from the Arizona one.
I see people who got supplimentaries from Illinois.

Is it usually like this?

Also on the check list it says it got 2 of my 3 LORs which is kinda weird.
 
I applied to Midwestern the Illinois one..and got a supplemental app about 2 weeks ago.
