midwestern's app fee?

does anyone know when it's supposed to be paid? that little window in aadsas only says to send dat scores immediately, and only mentions the secondary app stuff when they contact you for the info.

also, where's their website?

if you click on their supplemental information tab,

it says:

Special information from this dental school
Send these materials directly to the dental school At the Same Time you send AADSAS materials

• Official DAT scores from the ADA

Send these materials directly to the dental school Only When an Admission Officer Contacts You:

• Secondary application due March 6
• Secondary application fee $50

so to me, it seems like you have to wait until the school send you a mail/e-mail requesting application fee and secondary application.
to find their website, just type midwestern dental school in google...

You can find any school website from predents.com as well and the secondary application materials is only when someone contacts you either by mail or email. So if it just asks for DAT scores, you're set until someone contacts you.
