Military residencies for IMGs

I will be a IMG in four years and heard about post graduate military residency programs that accept foreign students, IMGs, similar to the HPSP scholarship program for med students. I heard that a yearly lump sum is paid to cover any expenses...loans...etc...with a year for year payback period. I am a US citizen and am very much interested in graduate military education. Does anyone know of the specifics for each branch....requirements.....acceptance as a IMG? Any feedback would help greatly.
