why do they say that it is better to drink milk than taking calcium supplement?

milk has also added Vitamin D. and vit D in the supplement and milk are both lipid soluable.

so what is the difference? i can't understand.

I think its because the body can only absorb a certain amount of calcium at a time; so they say its best to take a calcium supp in the morning, and drink milk with dinner or vice versa.

actulaly from what i read in a nutrition book, it says that it is better to drink milk than taking supplements. because supplements might not be pure, cotaminated, etc.
