I just finished the Mills Post-Bac. Most students live off campus. Some commute from SF, some live in the Maxwell park area near Mills (where I lived), some near the lake. I had two friends who lived on campus. I think they both stayed really focused, however. I lived on campus as an undergrad there (yes, this was my second time around at Mills). They have nice dormitories with big rooms. Much nicer than most campuses.
