i know some schools require certain number of courses taken at a 4 year college. i got c- from bio 1. should i retake it in the fall or wait for the end of my admission process. I mean if i get in a school that has such a requirement, i'll then sign up for a gen bio class. i already submitted my application and will take my dat in a month. i am taking bio 2 this fall for first time at a community college because it's absolute requirement for all schools and there's no way around it. thanks in advance

i dont know about every single school, but i know a majority do not accept grades of C- or lower. you might want to check with the schools that you applied to, it'll be on their website. also, a lot of schools do not let you complete your prerequisites at a community college. im not sure if they allow 1 or 2, but i im pretty sure all of the prereqs cant be done at a cc. check on that too.

Retake BIO 1 and dont take BIO 2 at a CC.
