Is a C the minimum a DO school will look at? I have a C- in intro bio and wanted to know if I had to retake it.

The best thing to do is to look around the websites of the schools you're interested in. A grade of C seems to be the minimum at most places though, you should consider retaking it.

Across the board, a C is pretty much accepted and a C minus not accepted.

I've personally looked on almost every DO school's website because I also had a C- and wanted to know if I had to retake. The majority of DO schools will not accept a C- but there are a few schools that might (or they do not specifically state that a C or better is required). You should retake the class

retake to help you with MCAT prep if anything. idk if schools have a specific x > C policy or not required for pre-reqs

I suggest you to retake anything below C+ for pre req courses. C+ is your choice but I think having B- as your lowest grade (with grade replacement) helps your gpa significantly.
