Hopefully the link works....Looks like 40% are OOS. I would assume the interview ratio would be the same.

Just called to their office, the lady Katie asked me questions like, how many years I have been the US, did I go to high school in the US, did I complete English requirement courses. So, it is not a Solid Restrict requirement.i really dont know and Im wondering about that myself
