I am from Minnesota, so I will try to answer your questions. Duluth is a new program-like 2 or 3 years old. From what I understand, they do some video telecasting of some classes and have faculty teach others. The biggest difference between the Minneapolis and Duluth campuses is location. Duluth is a small city around 100,000, and you have great access to outdoor recreational activities. The Minneapolis campus is in the middle of Minneapolis/St Paul, so a much more urban environment. Since that is the main hub of the U of MN, its very busy, with a lot of clubs, activities, research etc going on, and many hospitals and other environments (law makers, etc) that you have access to. It depends where you want to go afterward-I believe Duluth is more geared towards people who would enjoy a rural practice. I am sure both programs are equally good, but I am also sure you have more clinical opportunities in Minneapolis. Oh-you do know what the winters are like there, right? Lots of snow and very cold. Good luck!
