Minnesota supplemental please help

Wondering if anybody could help me out. I assumed a letter from a dentist I shadowed would count as a letter from a supervisor that Minnesota asks for, but it doesn't. Fortunately, my research supervisor has agreed to write me a letter earlier this week, but I won't be able to get the supplemental until that's in. I know Minnesota has a lengthy supplemental so could somebody tell me the questions on the supplemental so I can get a head start? Thank you!

Yeah the minnesota supplemental app took me the longest to write tbh, but its doable obviously haha. You can get access to their questions once you create a username/password on their website and you can save your draft and submit the entire appliction when you are ready ==> Supplemental Application

Here are the essay questions they want you to answer:

1. If accepted into the DDS program, how will you contribute to the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and to the profession of dentistry? Please also include your contribution to diversity in this essay and be sure to cite important points from your experiences. Please limit your comments to 6000 characters.

2. Please comment on lessons learned and how these experiences influenced your decision to pursue a career in dentistry. Limit of 6000 characters
