Hey all,
The other day I was pulling out of the parking lot from work, and took out my phone to check my email at the red light. I was then pulled over by a police officer, who informed me that even though it was a red light, it was still a ticket-able offence. Texting and driving is also a secondary offense in my state, but not in the specific city I as in.
My question is if I should report this to schools I have submitted secondaries to? I think the AAMC background check only talks about misdemeanors and felonies, and I think this is in another class. However, I do remember being asked about traffic violations at some point? This is my first.
Any advice appreciated.
