Currently im a Microbiology major and would dental schools really care or does it benefit my resume at all to minor in business? I know alot of dentists own practices and should know how to run their business. I just wonder if the admission officers look at that.

Anyone? Its awfully quiet in here lol
not sure how much it is going to help you but to give an idea how it worked for me... I had an undergrad Computer Science degree (from India) and an MBA from the U.S.. So, I completed all my pre-reqs at a local community college and got in about 5 different dental schools (in-state and private)...

as a side note, try to destry that thing called DAT..... ;o)
Good luck!

I'm a business minor as well. I'm sure they'll like our interest in education and our futures when it comes to running a business. I just know that some schools dont like it, such as Pacific, since they want you to take as many science classes that you can at once to prepare you for their rigorous program.
