minors in vmcas?

Hi All,

I couldn't find this topic posted before; I am hoping someone can help me!

In the section listed as "Degree Information" on the VMCAS, it asks for your majors. How about my minor? Did anyone put their minor down, or just their major (s) ?

I really want to put that I got an English lit minor, but I don't want them to think I am lying if I list it under major (the only field available).

I listed my minors in the explanation section, I forget if that was specified under "Instructions," but it seems like the most logical place to put it. Hope that helps!

in case anyone had the same question, i called vmcas and they verified that i'm supposed to minor in the explanation section.

LOL... sorry, nothing important to contribute, but the headline made me laugh. Anyone who applies more than once feels like they have a minor in VMCAS!!
