Need help here, please. Very depressed when thinking about the incident. Anyway, I got suspended for a month because of using volunteer free parking code in our schools parking structure when I work here.
So should I put this in the application? Thank you!🙁

I have killed 3 people but no one knows.... Should I include this in my application or would it disqualify me? I mean I feel honesty is the best policy but I really hated the people I killed so I feel justified to lie.😀

haha, the mental image that I got with that was perfect.

It would be tempting not to mention anything about it, but OP said that they were suspended/voluntarily took a leave of absence because of some kind of misconduct. That means some superior figure found out or knows about it. Is there a place on their school record for misuse of parking passes? Probably not. Could the superior figure bring it up one day? YES!

Would you want to risk it? Well, with those three dead bodies not talking, maybe you would. 😉

----But maybe OP would want to talk to their boss and either beat around the bush or straight up ask if it has ever been reported.

I wonder how they expect you to explain all 4 questions for academic probation. Or is this question on the app pertaining to like you doing something such as cheating, stealing ****, that kinda stuff and academic probation is another part of the app.

Things are little bit complicated. I never sign any paper work and actually voluntarily took a month off to study DAT. So basically no conviction. I don't even know if it is in my record...

Like a survey says, many accepted dental students fail to pass their background check because they did not mention misconduct in the application.

Anyway, gonna put it in my application. Learned my lesson. But still worry about my chance to get into dental school...is it look really bad on the application?

So were you suspended or did you voluntarily take time off. There's a BIG difference there.
