I am getting my last letter of rec at the end of June/early July, and was wondering if my application is considered to be incomplete without that letter?

I will have everything else ready to go on June 3rd, except that letter. Can I submit my application in early June and then send in the LOR (technically have it uploaded by my dentist I'm shadowing) early July? Or do I have to wait until early July to submit the app?

What's the best thing to do?

Use the search feature on the forums. You will find everything you need to know and more.

I think you can submit it, and then they upload when they upload. Call the office in Watertown, MA (AADSAS) and they can tell you. Not sure if they are opened for calls yet.

How do people get LoR before getting the matching form anyways?

Don't you have to get the matching form with LoR ??

People who get LORs early use Interfolio to store and forward the documents.

You do. you just upload theat matching form to interfolio as well once it becomes available. Then send all the forms to aadsas. If you google interfolios faq for aadsas you'll get much more thorough answer.
