Help! I’m not sure what to do with this anymore.
I have released my MCAT scores to AACOMAS twice on 08/01 and 08/28 and AACOMAS says they have not gotten them. I have been on the phone with them every day since 09/18 and they keep telling me they’ll email me when they hear anything. I have spoken to the office supervisor multiple times directly and gotten the same answer. I have spoken with AAMC multiple times who confirm the scores were successfully sent and I have confirmed the correct identifying information with both services.
I am pulling my hair out over here. What do I need to do? Has this happened to anyone else?
