I have Kaplan Qbank and will use World near test time. However, since First Aid is gold for the exam, and I hear that Rx does a great job of going over it, am I missing out on something important by not getting Rx. I mean, I could always get Rx as well as a third Qbank if needed.

I didn't really like Kaplan very much at all, but if you already have it, there's no reason to get Rx. I think Rx is better and the one you should use for studying during the year, but both are decidedly mediocre question banks, in my opinion.

I would say that it all depends on the amount of time you have. If your exam is a long way ahead and you want to do Rx go ahead but don't forget that doing UW several times is key. If anything do UW once and before you exam let UW be the final qbank you use and in between go ahead and use kaplan/ rx.
