Missing pages from FA 2006?

Does anyone thats using FA 2006 have the two missing pages that they could send me? (And whoever else is using 2006 that doesn't have the pages). They're no longer posted on the site and haven't responded to the email I sent them about it.

ALSO, in addition to these 2 missing pages, does ANYONE have (or know where to get) a complete/comprehensive errata list for the 2006 FA?

For those who have flipped through the 06 FA and ALSO have seen the 07 & 08 editions, would you say it is worth getting a "newer" edition?
