I got an email from one of my top choices that my supplemental fee was missing (even though I paid it back in June).
When I emailed them with the receipt #, they were like 'sorry for the confusion, your application has now been sent to the committee'.

Does this mean that my application is now being sent over to the committee even if I submitted the application and the supplemental fee back in late June/early July?
