Missouri/Illinois residency question

Does anyone know if Missouri residents get special consideration when applying to Illinois state schools?

according to the msar, no. southern illinois, u of illinois and rush are the only ones that show preference to in-staters, and they specifically say only to illinois residents. the best thing you can do would be to just call the admissions offices at the schools you're interested in and ask them though.
