Does Fungi has mitochondria? Does Bacteria has mitochondra? IF not, do they have similar structure allow them to synthsize energy?

A key difference in prokaryotes vs eukaryotes is that pro do not contain any membrane-bound organelles. This includes the mitrochondria. So bacteria do NOT have mito while fungi do.

That is also the reason why eukaryote's metabolism generate less ADP than a bacteria could. Bacteria don't have to waste energy transporting molecules into mitochondia, their metablism occur at the cell wall.

aerobic bacteria can generate more ATP; I think that is what you mean. Anaerobic bacteria actually do not generate as much as eukaryotes.
