mitochondria question

Does Fungi has mitochondria? Does Bacteria has mitochondra? IF not, do they have similar structure allow them to synthsize energy?

to go one step further.
That is also the reason why eukaryote's metabolism generate less ADP than a bacteria could. Bacteria don't have to waste energy transporting molecules into mitochondia, their metablism occur at the cell wall.
 
aerobic bacteria can generate more ATP; I think that is what you mean. Anaerobic bacteria actually do not generate as much as eukaryotes.
