How the hell do you order a mixing study on uworld software I have tried simply typing mixing study = NADA... then I tried Partial Thromboplastin Substitution = NADA... , PTT mix, PTT sub... all nothing???

Mixing studies are not there on primum software. The commonest indication for ordering a mixing study is a prolonged PTT. The approach is to start with mixing study to differentiate between factor inhibitor vs. factor deficiency. But since it is not available on the CCS software, you can just order Lupus anticoagulant , antiphospholipid antibodies and Factor VIII levels. These three tests will give you the commonest causes of prolonged PTT
