Very unlikely. Med school admissions people have better things to do. Unless something looks very shady they don't comfirm stuff - they don't have the time. Besides I can't really imagine how much x-1 would make a difference. Stop stressing. Whether or not you get an acceptance has nothign to do with that little mistake.
