I've heard a case of this.

Fascinating case. The patient had a very interesting brother.

I actually saw a few of these cases intern year while on my GI rotation. The diagnosis tended to be easy once I found out to ask about the hot shower. Now trying to convince the patient that smoking weed was making their nausea worse, not making it better, was an entirely different challenge.
