any recommendations on doing questions? i.e. would it be more effective doing mksap twice and really knowing it, or doing mksap once and pretest medicine once each?

Do MKSAP and take notes on stuff that you didnt know (which will be a lot), then do pretest. As your shelf gets closer, review your MKSAP notes.
