As I have an interview coming up for UToledo's MedStart Early Assurance program, I was wondering if there are any good resources for MMI interviews that any of you can recommend?
I found this book to be helpful. In my experience, you need to understand the typical scenarios that you will be presented with (e.g., a patient makes an important medical decision that you, as the doctor, believe is wrong) and have basic approaches outlined for dealing with these scenarios. Once you have that down, I would practice a couple of times. Have someone in your kitchen cabinet (preferably someone who understands the process) present you with scenarios plucked from the Internet and give you feedback.
