Exactly the title.

Do you watch us for 2 minutes while we read our prompts?

Signed, an interviewee trying to find the least weird thinking face.Online or in-person?
online or in-person?

If the MMI is setup in a standard OSCE format and facility, the interviewers and candidates should not see each other until the interaction time. So when a candidate is reviewing the prompt, the interviewer is usually grading the previous candidate and submitting the score.

PROCTORS who are monitoring the candidates before they enter the rooms WILL watch over those 2 minutes.

I was wondering specifically about online MMIs. Unfortunately, I have not had an in-person interview this cycle.

The virtual MMI is strange as I read a prompt for 2 minutes and the interviewer's "camera off" screen hovers in the corner of my Zoom window.

Online MMI's... I presume these will be live interviews. What is the platform?

And of course, this will totally depend on the interviewer.

Someone was definitely watching during my last interview day. During orientation they warned us to avoid writing too much down during the prep period or we could get flagged for stealing the MMI question.

Mostly zoom, some Webex here and there! Definitely live, I was curious to know wha the interview is up to between the time I enter the zoom breakout room and the time I begin discussing the prompt. Watching me? Eating chips? Taking notes on the previous interviewer?
