Just to add onto this, there are still many ethical scenarios with grey areas. So it is also important to not take a strong stance in these issues and be considerate of both sides. I agree with using course grinder, there are 16 videos each roughly 15 minutes on how to handle difficult ethical scenarios. Also schools can still ask traditional questions in MMIs, like why our school or why our curriculum, so be prepare for traditional questions as well. I wouldnt be surprised if you got asked about things like your strenghts/weaknesses, or what qualities you think a physician should possess etc.
Also be yourself, speak clearly and relax!
