@Drmcat@ As a methodical person, I like methodical people. If you can't schedule a mock interview or don't have something similar to a career services to help you with interview presentation then there are some home options for personal feedback like using zoom.us.app for visual & auditory recording and also the voice recorder app if you use OSx in order to record yourself. The benefit to zoom.us.app is getting an entire presentation feedback, whereas the voice recorder app has been handy in noting deficiencies and having the ability to splice out those sections and re-record them after working on inflection, tone, and breathing.
Edit: I also have performance anxiety when it comes to make or break scenarios. Another suggestion is to use audio suggestion to prime yourself to make the right responses when you're satisfied with some of the answers that you've prepared.
E.g. In this ethical situation, this is the analysis of the situation and considering these conditions these are what I believe are core values at play when it comes to considering the stakeholders for this scenario. I have allotted time in between each of these statements so you can make your own statement.
> This is the situation. [I believe the situation highlighted here is ____]
> These are the core values. [I believe that the core values here are _____]
> These are the stakeholders in this situation. [I believe that the stakeholders here are _____]
Running through practice situations like this and creating dry runs have also done a lot to help me manage my anxiety when it comes to make or break interviews where I was so nervous that I wouldn't be able to get any sleep. P.S. I still didn't get any sleep, but I felt like I performed during interviews.
