Did anybody celebrate by watching every episode of Magnum, PI? If this was something I cared about, that is what I would have done.

I celebrated by getting blown off by my lab partner and then my girlfriend and THEN the pizza place at which I ordered the pizza we were supposed to eat together. Hurray.
Ever heard of mole day? Yeah, you know, 6.02x10^23? Yeah, we had a mole day in Chemistry in high school where we all met at Shoney's before school at 6:02a.m. on October, 23. Got extra credit for it too.
When I was an undergrad (I was a chem major as well as a math major -- talk about a little twisted in the head!) we sold little mole dolls on Mole Day. It was a really big hit.

Those are so cute!
We actually made our own moles for extra credit. They were so funny. My best friend made "Turd mole". He used a brown wash rag and sewed yellow beads onto the outside to look like corn.
That was a fun day for sure. I like the mole dolls though!

Ha Ha. I didn't really know the difference between a nerd and a dork so I had to look it up on Urban Dictionary. It seems that the major difference is that dorks are loved for their quirkiness while nerds are socially ostracized and ridiculed for their oddness. 🙁 A dork is also a whale penis. I learned something today.😀
