MOC part IV requirements

anybody out there engaged in the MOC process with any examples or ideas of Quality Improvement projects they or their lab are/will be engaged in to fulfill Part IV of MOC? thanks for your input.

i had to do stuff like this for my previous employer in primary care-guess it will follow me around ad infinitum.

One easy one that I've heard of is implementing a feedback system for histology slides, quality of section, processing and staining. Usually you pick out one slide once a week and give feedback.
