I bought it brand new and used it for only one board exam (didn't even practice on it).
I used the maxillary central and #5 sextants. I mounted a mandibular canine as a backup but didn't need it, so both the sextant and mounted tooth are yours
I was very conservative on the gel and putty. So you are getting more than 2/3 the jar of putty (you won't need to buy more) and 1/2 syringe of gel. If you are conservative enough that may be enough to mount. But to be safe I would buy one more when purchasing the sextants.
