I know this is still a relatively young fellowship and few programs offer it. Do you think more programs will soon be offering this fellowship?

Also, in regards to the AP/CP vs CP battle, does it make sense to do straight CP for a fellowships like this?

Molecular genetic pathology?

There is a Molecular pathology fellowship and a Genetics fellowship, 2 different things with totally different scopes of practice.

Several departments have programs in the pipeline. It takes years to get these things approved. Currently, there are few ACGME approved programs... a list can be seen at
