molecular weight and density does not affect it's solubility? Why?

solubility is only a chemical process with the interactions of the solvent and solute. density and molecular weight are more associated with the physical properties of the molecule idependent of the solvent (diffusion constants, etc)

thats a pretty ambiguous question though...
