I've submitted my application and will now wait for interviews. In deciding which school to attend, money is an issue. So when and how do you find out how much money a school is offering you to go there?

I understand FASFA is supposed to be completed in early january, but when do you receive results for this when it is regarding medical school?

And also, when do schools say were offering you X amount of dollars to come to our program. Along with the acceptance? Or do you have to agree to the acceptance before they actually calculate grants for you? In addition, is it possible for a school you were accepted to, offer you a grant early in the cycle, but if you don't accept can they take that off the table eventually? Thanks.

Schools will give you a FA package after an acceptance, but it will occur at different times for different schools.
I never heard of a school taking an offer off the table.
You just need to decide on a school by May 15, or whatever the deadline is. It is the same for all schools.

The problem is that some schools don't make the FA offers available until after the deadline. That seems crazy, because for many it is a big factor. If you run into that situtation, contact the school and tell them you need a formal offer before making a decision.

Just make sure you have provided the school and needed financial info well in advance.
