Hi, I am a senior at an out of state university who has been a Montanian resident for years, I was wondering if I should change my residency or if it is best if I stick to what I have now? Also could I ask if anyone has any experience with WWAMI and WICHE schools and is there any benefit with geographic diversity being from Montana? Thanks.

Successful Montana applicants had an average MCAT of 509.9 and a mean gpa of 3.71
Last year Montana had 134 applicants. 56 of them got into an MD school (41.8%).

That's pretty darn good, but we can't do a comparison without knowing your alternative.

That's WWAMI.
WWAMI is what gives UW the appearance of being OOS friendly, when nearly all of those OOS students come from the contracted states.

Is the M Montana though? So even though technically OP would be out of state, he/she would have a decent shot at Washu assuming stats and ecs are up to par.
